I asked for the arc of this particular graphic novel after reading the review on The Omega Outpost novel.
The strong point are the evocative images and the main characters and their extreme look. There are a few dialogues and the story’s key point are dealt in long monologues by the main character, in this way the images can focus on symbolism without the need to help understanding the whole story line.
The plot: some people – like the models in the cover – are able to tell apart demons looking as humans who eat the memories of normal people. The three main characters have the aim to kill these demons.
I liked the story, a note about the ARC edition: ok for applying a watermark to protect the work, but the enormous one by the IDW in the middle of each page most times prevents the reading.
Thanks to the publisher for providing me the copy necessary to write this review.
