Similarly to the book about Lindbergh (that I have not read, but I will soon) the author tells the story of another little mouse with big dreams: Armstrong wants to prove to his fellow mice that the Moon is not made of cheese.
The little protagonist will have to improve and optimize his equipment to succede in the space travel, and some help will come from the old mouse Lindbergh.
Torben Kuhlmann’s books are wonderful, and I think it’s impossible not to love their characters; in this blog I talked also about Moletown and its ecological message.
Armstrong: A Mouse on the Moon it’s an alternative story about the first flisht to the Moon, and it’s a very enjoiable book, both for the story and the detailed illustrations.
Thanks to the publisher for providing me the copy necessary to write this review.
